How to download athletics in Cyberpunk 2077

V has several characteristics, including strength, reaction, technique, intelligence, and composure. And there are hidden parameters, such as athletics.


Athletics is a very important skill that allows you to regenerate health during combat, carry more items, reload weapons while running, and much more.

How to level up athletics in Cyberpunk 2077

Athletics is one of the subcategories of strength. Each level of strength (starting from 3) will add 5 to health points (and also gives other bonuses).


Strength is broken down into three sub-categories of abilities:

  • athletics
  • Destruction
  • street fight

To improve your athletic skills, open the character menu and go to the "Strength" attribute. In this sub-menu, select the Athletics tab to see the skill tree where you can unlock specific perks upgraded with skill points.

Recommended skills in "Athletics"

While there are many abilities to unlock in the athletics skill tree, we recommend investing skill points in five specific areas:


  • Regeneration : health is slowo is restored during the battle.
  • Mule : Increases carrying capacity by 60. The more you can carry, the more you can sell or craft!
  • Grip of Iron : Increases stamina by 10%.
  • Steel and Chrome : Increases melee damage by 10%.
  • Divided Attention : Allows you to reload weapons while sprinting, sliding, and jumping.
