The hotel on Eridani has several rooms available for exploration, but one of the rooms, A3, is closed by default. We'll tell you how to get inside.
Instead of interacting with the door, continue through the hotel grounds to the next corridor. Once there, go further until you hear a ghostly voice. As you get closer, you will see a hole in the wall. Climb up the rubble by the hole and jump inside to find a gnawed body.
There are several items and an audio recording - that same ghostly voice. Pick it up and listen. This is the only way to enter the premises. There is nothing more interesting here.
