How to get all endings in Doki Doki Literature Club Plus

The original Doki Doki Literature Club featured several unique endings that were relevant to the PC. But now the remaster has come out and they have been adapted for consoles. There are also new stories. Here's how to unlock each ending in Doki Doki Literature Club Plus.

Unlike the original game, Doki Doki Literature Club Plus delivers the main story through a virtual machine simulator called DDLC. Every time gamers download the game for the second time, they need to enter the DDLC app at the top of the Windows-styled main menu. For the most part, the DDLC is the same as the original, with minor adjustments related to the console version.

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus Standard Ending

To get the normal ending, you need to complete the entire first act of the DDLC, without restarting and trying again. This means that you should try your hand at the three sections of creating poems once (you can do it twice, but not thrice!). ExceptIn addition, weekend players must spend only with Yuri or Natsuki (both cannot be chosen). During the second act, any choice can be made, as long as it does not affect the final result.

In the third act, players must exit the DDLC and return to the Metaverse Enterprise Solutions desktop. Check the files and go to the "Characters" folder. Delete the Monika.chr file from there, and then resume the DDLC application. If you do all this, the fourth act will end with a farewell to Monica.

Good ending in Doki Doki Literature Club Plus

To get the best ending, in the first act, you will have to create at least three different saves. In each individual save, gamers must provide two poems each for Sayori, Yuri, and Natsuki, respectively. This will unlock a CG picture for every character on the current day. In addition, gamers should spend the weekend once with Yuri and once with Natsuki. At the end of the weekend, say "I love you" to Sayori. All this must be done before moving on to the second act. If the first act has already been completed, exit DDLC and run the reset.sh file from the main files folder. This will reset all progress and delete all saves stored in the Metaverse browser.

Complete the rest of the game, and if successful, you will receive a personal thank you note from Dan Salva in Act 4.That.

Unexpected ending

To get this sudden ending, instead of selecting "New Game" in the DDLC, immediately exit to the Metaverse Enterprise Solutions desktop. Browse the files in the "Characters" folder and delete Monika.chr from there. Reopen the DDLC to see this sad ending. If you wait 10 minutes, you will see an additional message .

Ending "Play with me"

During the passage of the second act, you can see another ending. Write poetry for Natsuki on the first and second nights. When Monica offers to share a poem, players must choose Natsuki. You will see a screen that says The End, but the game will return you to the class without any prompts or resets.

Side stories: how to get the true ending

Extra Stories is a new feature in Doki Doki Literature Club Plus. They are separate from the DDLC application and have their own section on the Metaverse desktop. If you go to the desktop before starting DDLC, it will be empty there. To unlock side stories, players must compose poems with words that girls like. How about doing it on different days? Side stories can be obtained by moving towards a good ending (read above), or through several separate entries in the DDLC.

• Natsuki loves words related to fashion, food, and animals.

Each side story is divided into two parts. Since the main character of the DDLC does not appear in them, players will not have to make any specific choice, as they are predetermined. Every second part of the story unlocks a desktop wallpaper for Metaverse Enterprise Solutions.

After watching both parts of all six side stories at a time, players will unlock the seventh set of the epilogue called "Equality". This is the true ending of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus . You will also receive a new email from the system administrator Rea Vorte and desktop background images.
