At the start of the game, some locations will be closed by a "storm barrier" that cannot be passed through

When you get to these heights, you can track the new story " Song of Dragon Freedom " in the task log. It consists of a line of quite interesting, and most importantly, useful quests, since it is in this story that you will be able to penetrate the storm barrier.
