There are 5 items in total. First, examine the northeast, northwest, and southwest corners to break 3 vases. Inside them, you'll find shotgun shells, scrap metal, and rusty debris.

With other items, everything is much more complicated. In the south of the courtyard, you need to find a birdcage suspended from the top. Shoot her and pick up 1000 Lei from the ground.
