How to beat the first boss in Minecraft Dungeons

The first boss you will meet in Minecraft Dungeons is a mini-boss, not one of the main ones. With mini-bosses, you can fight several times throughout the game. They are often used to separate levels and add additional obstacles to the player's path.

On the Pumpkin Pastures location (third location), you will need to defeat two evokers and a hostile mob. This mob is able to summon minions and use powerful magic. The first evoker is an example that will allow you to understand how to deal with them in further attacks.

Evokers attack with pincers they summon. Ticks can pull you into their mouths and crush you. Such an attack from their side is capable of inflicting devastating damage on you. Your enemy can use pincers in two ways: either in a direct frontal attack thatdirectly at you, or in a circular attack. You need to do everything possible to avoid this attack.

The first frontal attack is what the Evokers hope for most. They will definitely use it when you are in a reachable zone, and they can also follow you. A spin attack is used when the attacker feels threatened, as if you are approaching them. Both attacks are very strong and will cause massive damage to your health. The second attack is the ability to summon flying minions. They will hunt you down to lock you up. Minions tend to have low health and don't deal much damage. • Use your bow and arrows to fight the Evokers. Evokers can deal a lot of damage. Strike with arrows when you see a hole. So you can deal damage to the attacker without endangering yourself.
