As we mentioned, rotating items in The Sims 4 is very easy, and there are actually a few different ways to do it depending on the platform you're using. To rotate an object in The Sims 4 on PC , simply follow the instructions in the list below:

1. Select an element by clicking on it with the left mouse button, using the comma and period keys to rotate the element
2. Select an element by left-clicking on it and right-clicking to rotate the element 45 degrees clockwise.
3. Open the Sims camera, left click on an item while holding the ALT key, and rotate the item with the mouse

There are different ways to rotate an element depending on what you want to do with it. The first method is ideal if you want to easily rotate a piece of furniture counterclockwise or clockwise. However, if you just want to rotate the element clockwise, the second method is more convenient.
