Chu-Chu

After defeating Murk Puff, who lives in the water, you will see this character along with the leader of his tribe at the place where the World Eater was defeated. You can talk and invite to the Ark.

Chat with Juju at the location from the screenshot below and complete the quest. After that, she herself will ask for a place on the Ark.

Trim

Complete Trim's first two quests. When you pass the second, you can invite him to the Ark.
