A new game from the author of A Way Out will be announced on EA Play Live

Youssef Fares, who had a hand in creating the co-op prisoner escape action game A Way Out, took to his fans on Twitter and said that on June 18 he will talk about his new game.

Up to this point, Fares has been involved in the development of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons at Starbreeze and A Way Out (after founding his studio Hazelight).

There are already some details on Fares' new game:

• It will be published by EA.
• The same company partially sponsors the development, but does not change the creative vision of Fares.
• It's definitely not a sequel to A Way Out.
• For the game, the sounds of lashes were recorded. “This is not a sex game, but you can get fucked in it” (the words of Fares himself).

EA Play Live will take place on the night of July 18-19. Start — 02:00 Moscow time. In addition to playing Fares, we are more likely to learn about Star Wars: Squadrons. But surely there will be other titles.
