Destiny 2 developers plan to overhaul the crafting system

Bungie has decided to rework the weapon crafting system in its online shooter Destiny 2 . Having published a list of upcoming changes, the developers decided to make life easier for players by removing some of the resources required for crafting items.

For example, in the next season, Destiny 2 will cut out the destructive element, the flooded element, the skillful element, the changeable element and the energy element, leaving only the neutral element. Previously, when all this abundance was introduced into the game, the authors believed that in this way they motivate players to receive items through the game, but apparently this goal was not achieved.

Among other things, we were told what other changes in the game will take place before the end of the season:

  • March 22 — legendary Psychic Battlefields, trials in the Oath of the Acolyte raid.
  • April 1 - Trials of Osiris test mode called Zone Conquest.
  • April 5 - Grandmaster Nightfalls.
  • April 8 - Freelancing in the Trials of Osiris.
  • April 12 - Iron Banner.
  • April 19 - Master difficulty for the Acolyte's Oath raid.
  • April 22 - Zone capture in the Trials of Osiris.
  • May 3 - May 24 - Guardian Games.
  • May 6 - Freelancing in Trials of Osiris on a community-selected map.
  • May 10 - Iron Banner.
  • May 20 - Freelancing and Zone Conquest in Trials of Osiris.
