The latest Splitgate update added another competitive mode to the game - 2vs2 ranked matches. Therefore, if you want to participate in ranked battles only with friends, but cannot fill a team for 4vs4 or 3vs3 mode, you have a great opportunity to do this by teaming up with just one comrade.
The update, which brought 2vs2 matches to the shooter, also increased the capacity of the server and, according to the developers of their 1047 Games, "fixed minor bugs."
Splitgate open beta downloads have reached an incredible 10 million downloads. If you are one of 10 million gamers, now you can get into the server much faster and get into a match. And if you haven't downloaded the game yet, be sure to do so. You should try out Splitgate!
It is not yet known when the Splitgate beta will end, as it has been extended indefinitely by the developers. 1047 Games said in a press release that it understands that it cannot add more server capacity at the moment - instead, it will have to resort to more complex fixes to improve scalability.
More news on 1047 Games will be presented on August 25 at Gamescom 2021. The developers are currently working on an update for Xbox Series X|S and PS5. The game is available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC.
