The authors of Horizon Forbidden West are working on a new competitive shooter

Insider Oops Leaks reports that Guerilla Games studio is hard at work on their next project. The developers of Horizon Forbidden West are planning to release some kind of competitive shooter with an emphasis on the esports component.

It is not yet known exactly which franchise the game is based on - some sources claim that it is associated with the SOCOM series, others recall Horizon itself. Speaking of the latter, the development team also plans to actively develop this title by releasing at least one more full-fledged game on it. The presence of spin-offs is not excluded, but this is not certain.

Perhaps, we will be told in more detail about the upcoming project of the studio in the summer of this year.
