It's been 10 years since the release of Alice: Madness Returns . Game designer American McGee is still trying to create his third entry in the action-packed fantasy platformer series. The developer took to Patreon for help, and on Friday shared the 147-page script and "narrative outline" he wanted to use in Alice: Asylum .
Anyone interested in the script can download it completely free to learn about the horrors that await Alice: more murders, deaths, cruelty to children and many platforming elements.
If Alice: Asylum does come out, we'll see Alice continue to struggle with her earlier trauma. Creepy circus, broken dolls, black goo, meat, violence. Everything that the game designer series is famous for. The full version of the potential scenario and narrative outline is available on the Patreon platformer in PDF format. McGee emphasizes that work on improving the script continues. Dialogues may seem awkward. This content does not reflect everything that, in the opinion of the developers, should be in the game.
Let's see what happens from all these attempts by McGee to return to the development and release of horror games. Perhaps in a couple of years we will still see the dark platformer Alice: Asylum on PC, Xbox and / or PlayStation. Or will it no longer be a platformer?
