Some time ago, rumors appeared on the network that Sony Santa Monica did not have time to complete God of War Ragnarok on time, and therefore the release of the project would be postponed to 2023. Now Jason Schreier, who is the editor of the Bloomberg portal, has denied these rumors.
According to a gaming journalist, the developers are doing well with the schedules, and the sequel to the story of Kratos and the grown-up Atreus will be released on time. So far, we have not been told the exact release date, indicating only that the new game will become available before the end of this year.
Note that in the sequel, the main characters will face new problems in the form of an angry thunder god Thor and other celestials from Scandinavian folklore.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
