Sony has increased the prices of games in the Turkish PS Store

The Turkish PlayStation Store has increased the prices of all games. The store page shows one price, but after adding to the cart, it changes. The game becomes more expensive by 100-110 lira (about 300 rubles).

Here are examples of changed prices:

  • The Last of Us Part I - 799 Lira (previously 699)
  • The Last of Us Part I Digital Deluxe - 899 Lira (previously 789)
  • God of War Ragnarök PS4 - 699 Lira (previously 599)
  • God of War Ragnarök PS4 & PS5 - 799 Lira (previously 699)
  • God of War Ragnarök Digital Deluxe - 899 Lira (previously 789)
  • Horizon Forbidden West - 699 Lira (previously 599)
  • Horizon Forbidden West Digital Deluxe - 899 Lira (previously 789)
  • The Last of Us Part II - 399 lira (previously 349)
  • The Last of Us Part II Digital Deluxe - 439 Lira (previously 399)
  • Cult of the Lamb - 249 lira (previously 219)
  • Cult of the Lamb Cultist Edition - 299 lira (previously 285)
  • Chernobylite - 299 lira (previously 259)

Perhaps the devaluation of the Turkish lira influenced the price increase. Now the lira is at its lowest value. Recall that in March, Sony disabled access to the store for Russian users. After that, many began to create accounts in the Turkish region.
