Studio Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy XVI , dedicating it to the plot of the game. In the video, we are told about the sad fate of the world, in which life was supported by magic crystals for a long time. But now the filth spreading across the planet can destroy huge stones, which threatens millions with a very unfavorable outcome.
A number of states formed near the crystals have their own goals in the coming confrontation. The main characters will not only have to reconcile the countries, but also stop the spread of filth before it's too late.
Final Fantasy XVI is slated for release in summer 2023.
