Studio head and game designer David Cage said that Star Wars: Eclipse is Quantic Dream's most important project to date.
He also stressed that Eclipse and Detroit: Become Human have nothing in common, there will be a huge difference between the games. The new action will not be a copy of the previous Quantic Dream title. Developers use completely new developments.
The director of the studio also said that the developers are working together with the Chinese NetEase, which acquired Quantic Dream this summer.
A release date for the sci-fi action adventure Star Wars: Eclipse has not yet been revealed. There were rumors that Quantic Dream was having development problems and the game was unlikely to appear before 2027. In response to this, David Cage stated that the development is going according to plan.
