Naughty Dog studio head Neil Druckmann gave a new interview in which he spoke about the upcoming project in the The Last of Us universe. This action will be multiplayer entertainment, which is planned as the most ambitious project of the studio.
The director noted that work on it began even before the release of the second part of the series in the summer of 2020. The game will take place in San Francisco, and it will continue to tell the stories of the title's key characters. How exactly this will happen, the company has not yet reported, nor has it shared news about whether the entertainment will be paid, and whether it will be available on other platforms besides the PlayStation.
A full announcement of the game in the near future is not worth waiting for.
The developers thanked the fans: "Thank you all for your support. Together, we have reached this important milestone. See you in the vastness of Thedas on October 31st!"
On Metacritic, the film received a score of 46 out of 100 and 5.3 out of 10, which also indicates a cool reception.
