Representatives of Dumbster studio spoke again with journalists and told the next fresh details about the project called Dead Island 2 . Now we have learned that several dozen types of zombies will appear in the game, and the standard skill tree will be replaced by a deck with cards and perks.

According to the authors of the game, the presence of a deck will allow players to more flexibly adjust their build to the current situation, since talents can be scattered at any time. This will also significantly affect the dynamics and make the battles with monsters more interesting.

Meanwhile, Dead Island 2 will most likely have no connection with the original game. Sozhet new project unfolds ten years after the completion of the plot of the previous part, although the authors do not exclude that the novelty will be some reference to the original.
