Some time ago, the mention of Russian localization disappeared from the Starfield game page in the Steam digital store. Initially, it was assumed that the space simulator will receive a translation in the subtitle format, but now their availability has been questioned.
It is not yet clear whether this was an intentional decision by Bethesda or another mistake occurred on the site. Users are actively asking questions to the developers in the comments in the store, but there has been no response from the team representatives yet.
We hope that in the near future the situation with localization will become clearer. If not, then the lack of subtitles will be an unpleasant surprise for everyone who is waiting for the release of Starfield in Russia and the CIS countries.
Users who prefer pirated versions of games may soon have a universal solution to bypass protection mechanisms like Denuvo.
