The Digital Foundry team tested a demo version of the Street Fighter 6 fighting game, which the guys from the Capcom studio were working on. The goal of the specialists was to evaluate the performance of the version for nextgen consoles, which, judging by the video, turned out to be quite high quality.
Representatives of DF noted in their video that the developers managed to optimize the project quite well using the available resources of the sites. Street Fighter 6 shows a stable 60 FPS at almost any settings, even the Xbox Series S shows high performance.
As for the graphics, it has improved significantly compared to the previous part of the series. True, there are still texture bugs in some modes, but they will most likely be fixed by the release.
This, we recall, is scheduled for June 2.
The console release is still a long way off.
The creators of the series themselves reported this.
It looks like the series is about to be revived.
