Ubisoft is still working on a Star Wars game

Kotaku users report that Ubisoft is still working on a major Star Wars game. So far, nothing is known about the project, except that work on it has been going on for more than a year.

According to sources, the developers are making a strong bet on the new product, hoping that it will, as they say, shoot. The leadership of the French office hopes that the game will become as popular as the projects in the Assassins Creed universe, which, by the way, Ubisoft has been milking for more than a decade.

As for the possible release date of the project, the event should be expected somewhere between the middle of 2024 and 2025 (the game will definitely not be released in the current financial year).
