BioWare is still working on a new Mass Effect 4 game, although not as actively as we would like.
Company representatives report that the lion's share of their efforts is aimed at completing the development of the continuation of the Dragon Age series. The developers are polishing the product and preparing it for release, so they can’t be distracted by anything else now. Several people are working on Mass Effect 4 (including veterans of the series), but the studio will start active production of the sequel only after the completion of work on DA.
The release of the new Dragon Age Dreadwolf is expected no earlier than 2024. Accordingly, if Mass Effect 4 is not canceled, then the game will be released at least in 2025.
The information was also confirmed by another reliable source.
The samurai action game couldn't beat out only Helldivers 2 and God of War.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
The success of the title is quite expected.
