Factorio: Space Age will add a new system of improvements and research to the game

The developers of the Factorio simulator reported that in the Space Age version, the project will receive an updated research and technology system. New perks and talents will be unlocked by the player gradually, and trigger mechanics will be used for this.

That is, for example, if you land on a planet, you will have access to research and extraction of resources on that world. The launch of a spaceship guarantees the opportunity to study new modules, and the crafting of this or that item is accompanied by an expansion in the crafting of additional things.

In other words, Factorio: Space Age will feature endless technologies that you can explore to your heart's content. The expansion's release date has not yet been announced.
