Apple is gearing up to release its best gaming smartphone to date. Pre-orders for the iPhone 15 are already open, including the more advanced class with the Pro prefix. Along with a host of improvements and a new USB-C port, Apple claims the iPhone 15 Pro will feature the fastest processor on the market. In an interview with IGN, the team said that the device "will be the best gaming console."
The A17 chip in iPhone 15 Pro is equipped with a 6-core GPU that will meet the demanding demands of modern games. Apple also announced that the iPhone 15 Pro will support several AAA games at launch, including the Resident Evil 4 remake, Assassin's Creed Mirage and Death Stranding. Some of them have ray tracing.
Kayann Drance , Apple's vice president of worldwide iPhone marketing, told IGN that the team has prepared the iPhone 15 Pro to run at high resolutions and frame rates. MetalFX, Apple's gaming graphics performance enhancer, is just one technology that can help with that.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
The success of the title is quite expected.
