Apple plans to solve the overheating problem of the new iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max smartphones. To do this, the developers plan to update the firmware to version 17.1, including a fix for third-party applications.
Apparently, experts from Cupertino have come to the conclusion that overheating of devices occurs, among other things, due to a number of programs that overload the processor. Among the problematic applications are the social network Instagram, Uber and the game client Asphalt 9: Legends. According to statements, Apple representatives are working closely with developers to release updates as quickly as possible.
The release date for patch 17.1 has not yet been announced. It was previously stated that the reason for overheating of smartphones is the new titanium case and ineffective cooling system.
