Among the bonuses for the PlayStation version of Call of Duty: Vanguard there are experience points and cosmetics, but not a game mode, as it was before.
There has been a lot of speculation over the months as to what bonuses Vanguard owners on PlayStation will receive. And now the moment has come when Activision is ready to share the details of exclusivity in more detail. This "package" includes 5 additional levels for the Battle Pass, 25% increase in weapon experience when playing in squads, an exclusive 24-hour event with double experience every month for PS4 and PS5 owners.
There will also be cosmetics - two additional slots for equipment and a free in-game bundle for the first season of Vanguard and Warzone with a new operator skin, weapon blueprint and other goodies. There will be free sets in the next seasons of the game.
In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Activision made no mention of the game mode, and in a statement to Modern Warzone, the company confirmed that Vanguard will not feature exclusive or temporarily exclusive platform-specific modes as seen in previous games in the series. For example, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War featured a Zombies Onslaught mode that was exclusively available on PlayStation 4 for a year. In fact, Call of Duty: Vanguard is making its debut on other platforms. The release of the game is expected next Friday, November 5th.
