The Bungie studio team has decided on the official release date for the Destiny 2: The Final Shape expansion. In a recent statement, company representatives said that it will be available to play on June 4, 2024.
Company director Joe Blackburn announced a change in the release schedule. In principle, he did not tell anything new for fans of the universe, focusing on the fact that the developers simply need more time to complete new content. Joe understands how players don't like ports, but in the case of Destiny 2: The Final Shape, it couldn't have been any different.
The expansion will complete the shooter's overall story arc, after which Bungie will likely move on to promoting some of its other games.
