New details have emerged about the film Alien: Romulus

Fresh information has appeared online about the new science-fiction film Alien: Romulus, the development of which is led by director Fede Alvarez. We were told about the plot of the project and the team involved in it.

The information was shared by actress Cailee Spaeny, who plays one of the main roles in the movie. According to her, the events of the film will unfold between the plots of the first and second original films, in which the main character was Ellen Ripley. True, it is not yet entirely clear whether this character will be somehow connected with the new action movie or whether she will be bypassed.

Among other things, we learned that a team led by director James Cameron will work on Alien: Romulus. This guarantees that Aliens will appear in the new product in the canonical design in which they were originally shown to us in 1986.

Alien: Romulus is scheduled to premiere on August 16, 2024.
