Anyone who pre-ordered one of the editions of the game will have access to testing. In honor of this event, the developers released a beta trailer, which showed the intense firefights awaiting participants.

Escape from Tarkov Arena features gladiatorial combat in various arenas in the city of Tarkov, where players will be able to participate in PvP and PvE battles, as well as ranked matches. It was noted that there will be no microtransactions in the game, which was officially confirmed by the developers.

Owners of the limited edition Edge of Darkness will receive Escape from Tarkov Arena as a free add-on. Everyone else will be able to purchase the game, and the presence of the original game is not a prerequisite.
