PUBG: NEW STATE Released Worldwide

KRAFTON Inc. today unveiled the next game in its PUBG franchise, PUBG: NEW STATE . After the final technical testing, which took place at the end of October, the game was released on iOS and Android in more than 200 countries. The launch trailer for the game is available on the official PUBG: NEW STATE YouTube channel.

Developed by PUBG Studios, the same company that created the highly successful PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS with over 70 million copies sold across PC and consoles, PUBG: NEW STATE is a next-generation free-to-play mobile game available in 17 languages. Set in the year 2051, PUBG: NEW STATE offers the complete and uncompromising battle royale gameplay found in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS on iOS and Android, making it one of the most realistic and technologically advanced mobile games to date.

PUBG: NEW STATE aims to push the battle royale genre forward with original gameplay features that include, but are not limited to, weapon customization, a variety of drones, and a unique player recruitment system. At launch, PUBG: NEW STATE features three different game modes, including Battle Royale (available on the Troy map in the future and Erangel, the basis of the PUBG franchise), Deathmatch 4v4, and a training ground where players can hone their skills before jumping into real match.

PUBG: NEW STATE offers monthly Survivor Tickets that allow players to unlock various in-game rewards as they progress through the game. It will also introduce Ranked Seasons, allowing players to compete against other survivors, level up, and earn valuable in-game rewards. Ranked seasons will last for two months.

To celebrate the launch of PUBG: NEW STATE, KRAFTON is hosting a global "Play with Friends" promotion. Players who log into the game every day from November 15 to 21 and participate in the event will have a chance to win the #NewStateStyle in-game emote and a chicken medal, which they can use to exchange items in the in-game store.

Also in honor of the launch of the game KRAFTON, Inc. organizes the "Battle for NEW STATE" - a special online tournament that Russian fans can watch and have fun. As part of the event, 24 influencers from Twitch, TikTok and YouTube will take on each other in five intense matches to prove which platform has the strongest players.

The event will begin on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 18:00 (UTC) and will be streamed live on the official YouTube channel. Fans are invited to the broadcast to participate in exclusive prize draws by voting for the correct winner and participating in other activities. Fans can also enjoy a trailer for the event here.
