The developers shared details about the Russian action game “War of the Worlds: Siberia”

1C Game Studios presented new details about their upcoming project, the action game "War of the Worlds: Siberia" . Set in the alternate reality of the Russian Empire, this game will offer players a unique PvE experience. There will be only one ending, and the game's characters will develop through their own stories, while the possibility of romantic connections between the characters is not excluded.

Players will be able to unlock various skills and abilities that will help them in combat situations. Despite the presence of special skills, the game will not feature supernatural abilities such as eye lasers or web shooting. The arsenal of weapons will be wide, including the Mosin rifle.

To move around the game world, various vehicles are provided, including an armored train. The game promises dynamic chases and shootouts, as well as a variety of enemies, including not only Martians.

"War of the Worlds: Siberia" was announced on August 31, 2023 and will reveal the plot of the Martian attack on Earth in an alternative year 1896. In the game you will play as several different characters who are trying to escape the panic in Petrograd and go to the east of the Russian Empire.
