Warner Bros. Discovery will make more mobile and free-to-play games than big AAA titles

J.B. Perrette, who is the head of Warner Bros. publishing. Discovery, said that the company in the future plans to focus more on the market of free and mobile games, moving away from the segment of AAA-projects.

According to the boss of the organization, the success of large and high-budget games is unpredictable, and that companies take big risks when they create such entertainment. Instead, Warner Bros. Discovery will focus on moving its big franchises into the mobile segment and developing F2P sessions and service games with a medium budget (and apparently medium quality).

Well, we can wish Mr. Perretta good luck, considering the success of Hogwarts Legacy and the failure of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
