Former Activision CEO Bobby Kotick has filed a lawsuit against two gaming publications, Kotaku and Gizmodo, which described problems that arose among the conglomerate's employees.

Although the claims were later settled out of court, Kotick saw in the incident the harm that the journalists allegedly caused to his reputation and the reputation of the companies.
