Former Activision CEO Bobby Kotick Sues Kotaku and Gizmodo

Former Activision CEO Bobby Kotick has filed a lawsuit against two gaming publications, Kotaku and Gizmodo, which described problems that arose among the conglomerate's employees.

The publications led to an investigation, in which employees of the California Department of Civil Rights participated. Although the claims were later settled out of court, Kotick saw in the incident the harm that the journalists allegedly caused to his reputation and the reputation of the companies.

It is not yet known when the hearing of the lawsuit will begin.
