Apex Legends will launch a new Urban Assault event on April 23rd

EA and Respawn Entertainment have announced a new collectible event in Apex Legends called Urban Assault, which will take place from April 23 to May 7.

The event, which will start on April 23 and last until May 7, offers participants themed cosmetics and a special temporary game mode.

The mode chosen this time is Three Chances, which already appeared in Battle Royale last fall. In this mode, players have accelerated reanimation and fall invulnerability. Users cannot be permanently killed until their entire squad is destroyed - and this can be done up to three times.

Players are revived at a specific location while retaining their equipment at the time of squad destruction, including:

• armor and EVO points,
  
• weapons and their modifications (except for mythical weapons),
• ammunition, projectiles, and expendable items.

In addition to City Attack, Apex Legends will introduce an asynchronous tournament system called Apex Scuffle. In it, players will be able to compete against others, gaining points to advance on a leaderboard where their opponents will have similar skill levels.
