Dusk Golem insider shared information about the location of the next part of Resident Evil. According to his data, the action of Survival Horror will take place in a small village, located on an island in the waters of Southeast Asia.
The blogger claims that Capcom found inspiration in Singapore when creating the game island. Earlier Dusk Golem reported that Resident Evil 9 will get a full open world and that the release of the title is scheduled for early 2025.
There is a possibility that the ninth installment of Resident Evil will be unveiled at the PlayStation presentation in May, which has already sparked many rumors. The last numbered installment of the franchise, Village, was released in the spring of 2021.
In February, Dusk Golem mentioned that Capcom has given the green light to several Resident Evil remakes, which will include a new version of Resident Evil 5.
The information was also confirmed by another reliable source.
The samurai action game couldn't beat out only Helldivers 2 and God of War.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
The success of the title is quite expected.
