The popular battle royal Fortnite may soon return to iOS devices.
However, for the time being, only residents of Britain will be able to play it, as a new law on digital markets has been passed. Thanks to the new ruling, Apple will not be able to prohibit other companies to install software for in-game payments on their devices. Previously, this could only be done through special services from Apple, and the refusal to do so led to the fact that developers simply removed applications from their store (as happened with Fortnite).
Hopefully, something similar will happen in other countries and all Fortnite fans will be able to enjoy their favorite game again.
