Peaky Blinders is returning to the big screen

Netflix has officially confirmed the production of a feature-length movie based on the popular TV series Peaky Blinders. This event has become a much-anticipated event for fans, after numerous rumors about the project.

Cillian Murphy will again play Thomas Shelby, who won the love of the audience. The director of the picture will be Tom Harper, already familiar with Peaky Blinders on the work on three episodes of the first season. The script will be written by Steven Knight, the creator of the series, which provided the story of its unique style.

Production of the movie will start this year, and its action will be set during World War II.
