RPG fans in 2024 have no shortage of large-scale projects, but for those who prefer a lighter adventure in the genre, Cat Quest 3 could be an interesting option. Developers from The Gentlebros studio and publisher Kepler Interactive unveiled a new trailer for the game at the recent PC Gaming Show.
Although the trailer is short, it shows a lot of exciting moments - battles, naval gameplay, open world exploration and various role-playing mechanics. For fans of the previous two installments in the Cat Quest series, the new game looks to offer a familiar foundation with some promising innovations and improvements.
It's worth noting that a demo of Cat Quest 3 is already available on PC today, June 10, as part of Steam's “Games to Be” Festival. Nintendo Switch owners have also been able to try out the demo since April. The full game is scheduled for release on August 8 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
