Massive Darkness 2 will be released in Russia

Russian board game fans will soon be able to purchase Massive Darkness 2 — the sequel to the popular series Massive Darkness. Fundraising for the publication and localization of the game in Russia has started on the crowdfunding platform CrowdRepublic and will last until June 19, 2024.

Beside Darkness: Underworld is a new game in the series, which was released in 2022 and is designed for 1-6 players. The project received a high score of 8.1 out of 10 on the BoardGameGeek website. Players will have to go on an exciting adventure, pump up the skills of characters, fight monsters and collect valuable trophies.

The game will come with a variety of components: character and elemental tablets, decks of skill and effect cards, tokens, plastic hero figures, colored coasters, dice, and more. In addition, Beyond Darkness fans will be able to purchase add-ons with new character classes such as fallen celestials, fairies, bards, monks, and necromancers.

You can pre-order Beyond Darkness: Underworld on CrowdRepublic's website. The first shipments of the game are expected in October 2024.
