According to the rating compiled by Metacritic portal, the best TV series of the first half of 2024 according to reviewers' estimates were determined. The list includes both new series and mini-series, which received at least 7 reviews.
The first place was taken by the drama mini-series The Fawn with a score of 88 out of 100 points. Second place went to the comedy Fantasmas with 87 points, and third place went to the historical drama Shogun with 85 points.
Other series in Metacritic's top 10 include The Jerrod Carmichael Reality Show, X-Men '97, In Restless Dreams: The Music of Paul Simon, Spongers, Mr. Bates vs. the Post Office, Sympathizer and Nolly.
Earlier, Metacritic also published a ranking of the best games of the first half of 2024, with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Animal Well and Balatro taking the first three spots.
