On January 24, Hidden Deep will be released in Steam Early Access - talk about the game!

Publisher Daedalic Entertainment and developer Cogwheel Software are pleased to announce that the sci-fi survival thriller Hidden Deep , set in a deep-sea abandoned research facility with a terrifying tunnel system, will enter early access on January 24, 2022.

A closed beta version is already available on Steam . Starting today, brave explorers can go on a journey with their friends and experience massive levels for the first time in special co-op missions! The beta test will run until January 3, 2022 at 10:00 AM PDT.

In Hidden Deep, players explore a vast sub-ocean exploration and mining complex inhabited by alien creatures, set in a 2D world full of danger and mystery. They will have to command their team members and find out what happened in the abandoned corridors and caves, unraveling the secrets of a sci-fi horror story in the style of classic films of the 80s and 90s.

To dive into the depths and find the missing explorers, the rescue team has a variety of tools at their disposal. Learn how to wield a climbing cat to avoid being crushed to death, use drones to scan epic cave chains, operate heavy machinery to explore new areas of the research station, and blast your way to new passages with demolition charges. Shoot or sneak through dangerous traps and alien lairs - and try not to be eaten by the local inhabitants.

With today's update, beta players will be able to explore the world of Hidden Deep with a friend in co-op missions in Challenge Mode. They will have to overcome difficulties together in a local game over the network or use the remote game function of the Steam service.
