Spiders from Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire became part of the Marvel Universe

Yesterday there was a sudden but obvious update on the Marvel website, as a result of which the Spiders of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire replenished the eponymous cinematic universe, which previously only featured Peter Parker played by Tom Holland.

In an update, Marvel announced that Sony's Spiders are now canon. Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man is described as "The Friendly Neighbor". Spider Andrew Garfield has been described as the "one and only" hero.

The presence of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire's Spiders in the Marvel Cinematic Universe speaks to another obvious fact: we will soon be waiting for the return of these heroes.
