Matt Reeves Explains Why Batman Won't Be in Penguin

Hollywood director Matt Reeves explained why Batman will not appear in the mini-series Penguin.

According to the author, the appearance of the Dark Knight performed by Robert Pattinson would be inappropriate for the project. Although at first they thought about making at least a cameo of the character, but then they abandoned this idea. The reason is that the story of Penguin itself will be presented from the perspective of an ordinary person who lives his days in the dirt of Gotham and gradually comes out into the world, gaining respect and tempering his character.

The premiere of Penguin will take place on September 19.
