Roskomnadzor representatives reported that the digital platform Steam will not be blocked in Russia.
Users were concerned about the service's recent actions against Discord and other IT services like Steam. Discord's administration did not respond to Roskomnadzor's request to remove prohibited materials, so the resource was banned (although many users still have no problems opening it), and then several Steam pages appeared in the complaints database.
As a result, Roskomnadzor noted that the store's administration promptly responds to complaints and complies with all government regulations. Accordingly, no one plans to punish Steam, much less block it.
