A board game based on the Slavic game Black Book will be released

The new board game promises to take players to the atmosphere of the Russian Empire of the late 19th century, where magic and superstition intertwine with reality, and dark tales come to life before our eyes.

As in the original game, players will have to explore ancient spells and fight evil spirits using strategy and tactics. In the board game, gamers will be able to control characters such as Vasilisa, the sorcerer Grandfather Yegor, the noble aristocrat Alexander, or the rescued heroine Evgenia. All of them set off on a dangerous journey through the Cherdynsky district, where they will encounter mysterious and dangerous mythological creatures.

The plot of the board game will be divided into six scenarios, each of which will offer new challenges and trials. Players will not only have to fight enemies, but also interact with NPCs, fulfill their requests, and find optimal solutions in different situations. The game mechanics provide for a cooperative mode in which up to four people can participate, as well as the possibility of single-player play.

Pre-orders for the board game version of The Black Book are scheduled to open this fall, adding extra anticipation among fans.
