Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth director Naoki Hamaguchi said that the remake will not receive any add-ons.
Instead, the developers will focus on creating a sequel. According to Hamaguchi, fans of the title are more looking forward to the release of the third part of the trilogy, rather than DLC. In addition, it is the third part that will complete the epic story of Cloud Strife and his comrades, and therefore Square Enix will put all its efforts into this game.
Well, that's good news. However, the release of the third part will have to wait at least another year or year and a half.
The action game also received a content update.
