Insider Tom Henderson reports that Ubisoft is working on its own version of the famous Animal Crossing from Nintendo.
According to the source, the game is currently called Alterra, and its essence lies in simulating the lives of characters on different islands. Gamers will be able to interact with NPCs and engage in construction. The project will visually resemble Minecraft with its voxel graphics.
Henderson notes that Alterra has been in development for several years, but it is too early to talk about the release of the title.
Does this indicate the game is a success?
Initially, the new products were supposed to go on sale in April.
The patch added new content to the game.
