Some time ago, information appeared on the Internet that Ubisoft had entered into an agreement with the Chinese holding company Tencent. Now it has become clear that the French were sued precisely because of this deal.
The fact is that before signing the contract, Ubisoft did not notify investors of its intentions. And it should have done so, since this is spelled out in the contracts. Having decided to sell 25% of its shares to Tencent, the gaming studio did not notify anyone about this, which, in theory, could lead to a serious drop in the value of the brand's shares.
According to the points of the lawsuit, investors are demanding a revision of the terms of the deal with the Chinese, as well as the distribution of income from the agreement between shareholders.
Lesta announced an upcoming addition to the Tanks Blitz arsenal: from March 26, a new line of combat vehicles appeared in the game - Martian Rebels.
Does this indicate the game is a success?
Initially, the new products were supposed to go on sale in April.
