NVIDIA specialists expect that in the second half of 2022 the issue of the shortage of video cards in stores will be practically resolved.
NVIDIA expects GPU shortage to be resolved in the second half of 2022

Colette Kress, who serves as an executive vice director at NVIDIA, said that in 2022 the shortage of video cards in stores will be almost solved. Currently, consumer demand for the video adapters themselves and their components significantly exceeds supply, although the organization is doing its best to cover user requests.

The situation, as Ms. Kress expects, will improve exactly by the time NVIDIA introduces a new product of the RTX 40 line. Representatives of AMD and Intel, who are also experiencing certain problems with the supply of their products to the market, shared similar expectations. Because of this, the price tag for components has increased significantly, which adversely affects the budget of ordinary users.

We can only hope that the forecasts of world brands will soon come true.
